Congratulations on your purchase! Your Joey Cyan are ready to transform your daily life. Follow this guide to set them up and master them in under an hour.
Step 1: First Setup
- Charge your glasses for 45 minutes before first use
- Download the HeyCyan app (iOS & Android)
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and open the app
- Bring the glasses close to your phone — pairing is automatic
- Follow the setup assistant to customize your preferences
Step 2: Essential Gestures
- Single tap on the right arm: play/pause audio
- Double tap: skip to the next track
- Swipe forward: increase volume
- Swipe backward: decrease volume
- Long press (2s): activate the HeyCyan assistant
Step 3: Key Voice Commands
Say "Hey Cyan" followed by: "Call [first name]", "Translate this", "Take a photo", "Directions to [place]", "Read my messages".
Step 4: Customize Your Experience
In the HeyCyan app, explore Settings > Display to adjust the HUD position, projected text size, brightness, and interface color (cyan, white, amber).
Step 5: Maintenance and Lifespan
- Clean the lenses with the provided cloth, never use chemicals
- Always store in the case to avoid scratches
- Charge via the provided magnetic cable
- Regularly update the firmware from the app
